I made my way over to Rihannadaily to see what Ms. Thang has been wearing these pass couple of days.  I took a break from the site due to Rihanna poor fashion choices lately- but I said what the hell... let me take a look.....

I came across Rihanna's January 2010 GQ cover....

BISH is SEXXAAYY in this cover.... tho we've seen her rack time and time again, this is a more sexier way to expose herself... in my opinion.  What a way to start off the new year eh?....
I will be picking up a copy....

Winter Fashion: The Trapper

Anywho let's get to it... I've been dreaming fashion for the pass week...

Winter is here and I've been jotting down some winter staples I need to pick up before the weather takes a drastic detour from warm Fall weather to blistering cold...

First on my list... The Trapper!!!

I was on rihannadaily.com (as always... on my style stake out) and Rih Rih had a dope Trapper on...

Rihanna was snapped in London doing her one two thing sporting a cute Trapper and her favorite Rick Owens jacket.

Which got me thinking about my winter trapper... Hmmmm.... I already have 2- but they are a little out dated.
Atrium has a couple of good quality.
And dont sleep on the street vendors- they have amazing Trapper options




My girlfriend has a FABULOUS mink Trapper!!! I've been trying to buy her hat from her for the pas 2 years- hopefully this year I will win her over!! hahahah

A Color for Soft Pink: Glamour Mag's Woman of the Year

Lastnight our favorite walking style "now talking" mannequin was honored, along with other fabulous women, by Glamour magazine as 2009 Woman of the Year.

Rihanna looked UBER fabulous!!! Some of the bloggers ragged on her for this dress but this dress is DOPE!!!!

Rihanna is serving it in this gown.  I love the orgami details... some of the best details of this dress is the sheer back, exposed zipper and small pockets.... yo this dress is soooo dope!!!!

Miss Thang was spotted hitting up an after party in another godess flowy soft pink- skin tone frock and some red bottoms to match!

Rihanna is rocking the new trend that we seen during the Spring/Summer 2010 runways... Sheer!!! *dont say I aint never tell yall the fashion scope....lol *

Both of these looks are stunning!

Ok so was there a call for nude/skin tone/soft pink for this Glamour Event.

My brownskin Twin * I heart Kerry- she is undispputedly dope*  Tho I have seen her look way better- Kerry opt for the soft pink/nude hue and light fresh makeup.

June Ambrose also opt for the night's favorite hue.  June rocked a short pink embellished number.  June loves her platform pumps- June rocked an updated mary jane.... NIIICCEEEE.

Tyra "it's all about me" Banks rocked a nude tone structured form fitting dress.  I chose this pic of Tyra becuase she looks like a mannequin- i actually like this robotic pic... her hair is gorg- i like the swoop bun

Lastly super model beauty Iman... I love this short number but HATE the green belt.... maybe if it was a different color... maybe a pretty grey or... just another color...

Fabulous borwn chicks... I love it!!!!

I want ot get dressed up and go out.... maybe this weekend or the near weekend- me and the girls can get dressed up in frocks and 5inches and hit the town... 'Sex and The City' style!!!!

Style Mag: Rihanna Galore

I picked up my copy of Glamour yesterday with Rihanna on the cover and made a bash sprint to the cover story.
She is finally speaking up and I'm so happy.

I'm pretty sure you guys read the article already- EVERY BLOGGER HAS SPOTTED IT (Sheeesh... that's another thought) - I will spare you and talk about what she had on!!!
It's not because I don't care what she had to say, because I do... the article was good- I felt she kept it safe, but of course, she had to.  It's actually none of our business- I feel, its an embarrassing situation her and her boyfriend at the time had to go thru.  I'm not condonning domestic violence, they both need counseling- but I do believe good came out of the situation.
Now back to what she had on.....

I'm a jewelry feind these days.... and the cuffs Rihanna has on are to DIE for!!!

This laid back look is very doable girls- men's oversized top paired with a sexy spin- PINK lips, uber fem necklace and leggings.

I love that Rihanna, while sporty very HIGH fashion pieces continued to look her AGE, fresh faced, and fabulous!!!

Style Du Jour: Rihanna during Paris Fashion Week

I know you guys were expecting this... how could I not post RihRih's style during Paris Fashion week.

Let's just say this damn walking mannequin was searving it on a platinum platter this week!!!!

Me and my bff were looking on the Christian Louboutin website this weekend and spotted these stems in Gray (Ni Toi Ni Moi 120 Boots)!!! Heart the royal blue colorway!

I'm going to invest in some Red Bottom ankle boots this year- maybe that will be a Christmas gift to myself! :)

I hear Rihanna was attending Paris Fashion Week to find her look for her upcoming album cover!!!

Talking about pimping!!!

Mariel Haenn- her stylist- just tweeted today- something about she can go into all her fav designer's showrooms and just grab whatever she wants.... HEAVEN!!!!

I swear I will get there one day....

I'm such a clothes whore- thats all i think about...

Her look is actually very easy to pull off- if you notice- it's her bold accessories and great shoe choice that make the statements.

I've learned-All black is cool- but when adding some cool accessories, great shoe, some texture to your jackets/blazer, adding some shoulder power- it makes your all black fit come alive!

Bonkers for Balmain: #Paris Fashion Week

I woke up yesterday dreaming and wishing I was in Paris for fashion week!!
NY and Paris are the two big cities I want to be in for Fashion Week. It’s something about these two cities- Paris- sexy laid back and New York Loud and outrageous- two extremes experiencing fashion!!!

But since I can not be in Paris- I whipped out my pics from the winter I was in Paris… and started to reminisce… I’m sooo planning a trip there this summer…


Anywho… back to fashion…
Fashion Week has started in Paris this week, Dior show was today- which I’m excited to see the pics- John Galliano is a fashion genius of out time… Just found out on Twitter Rih Rih was at that show... Rihannadaily.com will have pics of her posted in no time.


I also heard my fav style director is in attendance... Kate Lanphear.


Balmain was yesterday *i was there in spirit*- a favorite of mine this season- since the rising of the exaggerated shoulders worn by all of our fav celebrities; I've been on the prowl.


Christophe Decarnin has been a key influence this season and for next summer he took a step up, moving away from his 80s looks into tarnished military-style.

I love the broach on her lapel. Ladies along with Jewelry- Broaches are key as well. Great way to play with your outwear- like a denim jacket, blazer... all great ways to apply a broach.

Side note: Zara has a black power shoulder blazer in their Fall assortment (Balmain inspired)- I'm trying to hunt one down- if you see one in Zara- I need a size small... hit me on the email!!! :)

Rih Rih was out and about across the Pond today, yesterday... one of these days and I couldn't help but noticed what she paired her Grey Sweatshirt fabric (Jersey) dress with....

Christian Louboutin Leopard Print Platform Ankle Boots

The reason I like Rihanna (well her styling team) is because she does the un-expectant rather than keeping it simple and predictable... it starts to get boring.

I never thought to pair a leopard print with a light grey hue. I'm feeling it!

BTW: I HATE THE HAT- NOT WITH THIS FIT!!!! I HATE IT HATE IT HATE IT!!! (Sorry- I'm just tired of seeing this hat paired with random outfits... lol... MAYBE: with a cute drappy tee- destructive shorts- cute booties and a Chanel bag- or a military style cropped jacket, skinnies and a YSL platform pump.... not with this fit! #imjustsaying

But this combo is interesting. It's very unconventional but its fun! *check out the shoulders.... Hawt*

So stylista's your fashion assignment this week is to push the envelope... Pair up two different patterns, pair two unlike colors you wouldn't normally pair up... or bring in a cool texture to your solids.... Send me some pics.

Side note: I'm getting some spiked bracelets from pnkelephant.com this week. I'm so excited about these bracelets. I'm going to break these out this Saturday... We celebrating my bestie's bday! :)

Hey sexy readers!!!

Because I am in LOVE with Rihanna's style... not her personally- she is a walking mannequin we come to ADORE... here is your daily dose of Rih Rih.

(Maybe I should make that a section on the blog- everyday for a week- showcase a celeb's style... hhmmmmm.... )

I spoke of Melody Ehsani's custom jewelry some time back here on the blog.

I been meaning to get me some custom made jewels from Melody Ehsani, but not sure what I want....

Any suggestions.....

I chose to focus on her necklace because we have seen alot of statement jewelry this summer. Its an investment for the season and Melody Eshani custom pieces will definitely add a swag to your fit this Fall.

Side Note: This might be a T.M.I moment- but I always wanted a nipple ring. I am not as blessed as some chicks to rock full B's and C's cups, so I figured getting a nip ring was a way of dressing up my A cups. I do have a tat tho ;)
