Our fav Gossip Girl Leighton Meester is on the cover of Harper's Bazaar this month looking very un-gossip girl like, but very cute nonetheless.
The LBD is a Must Have, but TopShop has a great update to the LBD with exaggerated shoulders. This is soooo 80's!!!! LOVE IT!!!
